This was a family house that was adapted to receive small groups of
visitors who wish to have a pleasant stay in Puerto Madryn.
Today it is a small inn that has four rooms with private bathrooms and a
very large common space that is shared with other visitors.
We are characterized by simplicity, comfort and freshness.

Commodities
Our house has double and triple rooms, all equipped with a double or twin
bed base and a private bathroom.
In all rooms we have LED TV; linen (sheets and towels); amenities
(shampoo, cream rinse and soap) some rooms have a hair dryer. They do not
have air conditioning (only a fan) and the heating is central underfloor
heating.
The place also has a common area where guests have a refrigerator, basic
tableware, microwave, electric kettle and toaster at their disposal.
Cooking cannot be done in this shared space. the place, which has tables
and chairs if it can be used for lunch or dinner prepared food; There are
great food options to bring on site and eat here if you prefer.
You will find yourself sharing the house with small groups of
visitors and will experience a different stay in comfortable,
safe, comfortable and very friendly spaces.

We are located in the southern area, a residential neighborhood of the
city 5 blocks from a very nice beach that includes a beautiful coastal
walk. In the neighborhood you can buy everything you need as there are
multiple shops.
The house is located on a main avenue which also implies a lot of movement
of people. The city's commercial center is 15 blocks away (1500 meters).
Puerto Madryn

It has different attractions that arouse the interest of
any visitor.
Its equipment and infrastructure allow it to provide
